In the 13+ years that the Beckford group has operated, the world of hospitality has changed enormously and for the most part we feel for the positive. Gone are the days of 70 hour weeks, poor management and the industry consuming its staff at a startling rate.
We pride ourselves on being a hospitality led business and for us this simply means that we put our guests first. However, we believe to do this effectively we need to ensure that our staff are well looked after and able to arrive to work fresh, rested and ready to go. This means ensuring that we manage shift patterns, reward excellence and provide the training, tools and support that ensure our people are the best.
